Telematic services provided through the Cash-points make the citizen's access to the electronic administration easier using already known devices due to their frequent use in every day life (banks, transport, car-parks, motorways, etc.). The citizen cash-points are integrated within the local management systems and they make the simplification and rationalization of the processes possible, and the municipal services more accessible.Specific objectives
- To open a new channel for easy-to-use services and citizen's approval.
