Telematic services provided through the Cash-points make the citizen's access to the electronic administration easier using already known devices due to their frequent use in every day life (banks, transport, car-parks, motorways, etc.). The citizen cash-points are integrated within the local management systems and they make the simplification and rationalization of the processes possible, and the municipal services more accessible.

Specific objectives

  •  To open a new channel for easy-to-use services and citizen's approval.
  •  To offer an integral service to citizens: payments, certificates, consultations, administration procedures, etc.
  •  Integration with the municipal information systems: Integrated Position of the Citizen.
  •  To improve the access to municipal services. Extended timetables and access.
  •  To make the use of the new technologies easier to citizens (cash points-web).
  •  To improve the efficiency and quality of the municipal services with the intensive use of the Citizen Card.
  •  To rationalise tasks and costs when giving services taking advantage of the Citizen card synergies.
Results
